【摘要】 目的比较卡培他滨联合紫杉醇与FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效和不良反应。方法将69例晚期胃癌患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组患者给予卡培他滨1000 mg/m2,分2次口服,连用2周;紫杉醇175 mg/m2静脉滴注,第1天;每3周为1个周期。对照组患者采用FOLFOX4方案,奥沙利铂85 mg/m2静脉滴注,第1天;氟尿嘧啶400 mg/m2静脉输注,氟尿嘧啶600 mg/m2持续泵入22 h,亚叶酸钙(CF)200 mg/m2静脉输注2 h,第1、2天;每2周为1个周期。所有患者治疗2个周期后评价疗效。结果治疗组完全缓解1例,部分缓解17例,总缓解率为51.4%;中位疾病进展时间为5.8个月。对照组完全缓解1例,部分缓解15例,总缓解率为47.1%;中位疾病进展时间为5.1个月。治疗组患者的不良反应主要为骨髓抑制、恶心、呕吐及手足综合征。结论卡培他滨联合紫杉醇治疗晚期胃癌疗效确切,耐受性良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the short term efficacy and adverse reaction of the capecitabine combined with paclitaxel therapy and the FOLFOX4 solution in treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods 69 cases of patients with advanced cancer were divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group received capecitabine 1000 mg/m2twice per day for 2 weeks and the intravenous infusion of paclitaxel 175 mg/m2on the 1st day;every 3 weeks were a cycle.The control group received the intravenous infusion of oxaliplatin 85 mg/m2on the 1st day,the intravenous infusion of 5-Fu 400 mg/m2and the continuous pumping of 5-Fu 600 mg/m2for 22 hours on the 1st and 2nd days and the intravenous infusion of CF 200 mg/m2for 2 hours on the 1st and 2nd days;every 2 weeks were a cycle.The efficacy was evaluated after 2 cycles.Results The treatment group had 1 case of complete remission,17 cases of partial remission,the overall response rate was 51.4%,and the median time to progression was 5.8 months.The control group had 1 case of complete remission,15 cases of partial remission,the overall response rate was 51.4%,and the median time to progression was 5.1 months.The main adverse reactions of the treatment group were myelosuppression,nausea,vomiting,and hand-foot syndrome.Conclusion Capecitabine combined with paclitaxel shows accurate efficacy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer and is well tolerated.更多还原
