【摘要】 目的探讨糖尿病足(DF)综合治疗的效果。方法对本科2008年2月～2009年11月住院治疗38例DF患者通过抗感染、严格控制血糖、扩血管、改善微循环、营养神经、局部清创、对症支持等方法全面综合治疗,观察治疗效果。结果 38例DF经综合治疗后,治愈25例,好转8例,截肢2例,放弃治疗3例,总有效率为86.8%。结论 DF患者通过内外科手段综合治疗可提高治愈率,降低截肢率,具有较好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive treatment of diabetic foot.Methods 38 cases with diabetic foot in our hospital from February 2008 to November 2009 were treated by comprehensive and integrated treatment, including antiinfection,strict blood sugar control,vasodilatation,improve mieroeirculation,never nutrition,debridement and supportive care,etc.The treatment effect was observed.Results Among the 38 patients with diabetic foot,25 cases were recovered satisfactorily,8 cases were recovered with improvement,2 cases underwent amputation and 3 cases gave up further treatment.The total effective rate was 86.8%.Conclusion Surgical means comprehensive treatment diabetic foot can improve the cure rate and low amputation rate,which have better clinical efficacy.更多还原
