【摘要】 目的研究牙龈炎冲洗剂和生理盐水进行口腔护理的效果。方法选择本院ICU病房80例患者,随机分为两组,实验组使用牙龈炎冲洗剂进行口腔护理;对照组使用生理盐水进行口腔护理。结果实验组口臭发生率为2.5%,牙龈炎发生率为2.5%,无口腔溃疡发生;对照组口臭发生率为17.5%,口腔炎症发生率为25.0%,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论使用牙龈炎冲洗剂能较好地护理口腔卫生,保持良好的口腔清洁度,减少口臭和口腔炎症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of gingivitis rinse agent and normal saline for oral care.Methods Eighty patients in the ICU wards of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group received gingivitis rinse agent for oral care and the control group received normal saline for nursing.Results In the experimental group,incidence of bad breath was 2.5%,gingivitis rate was 2.5%and there was no oral ulcer;in control group,incidence of bad breath was 17.5%,oral inflammation rate was 25.0%,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of gingivitis rinse agent can better nurse oral health,maintain good oral cleanliness,and reduce the occurrence of bad breath and oral inflammation.更多还原
