【摘要】 目的研制碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)壳聚糖涂膜剂并建立其含量测定方法。方法采用壳聚糖为主要辅料制备涂膜剂,用二奎琳甲酸试剂盒测定制剂中bFGF的含量,并进行皮肤刺激性实验。结果制备的涂膜剂中bFGF检测浓度线性范围为1～25μg/mL(r=0.9997),平均回收率为100.4%,RSD值为1.15%(n=5)。结论该制剂制备工艺简单,含量控制准确,无皮肤刺激性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To prepare basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) chitosan paint and establish a method suitable for the determination of bFGF in chitosan paint. Methods Chitosan was used as the main excipients for the preparation of paint, the method of bicinchoninc acid was used to determine the content of bFGF, and the skin irritation of the paint was observed. Results bFGF chitosan paint was prepared, and the linear range of bFGF was 1-25 μg/mL (r = 0.999 7), the average recovery rate was 100.4% (RSD = 1.15%, n = 5). Conclusion The bFGF chitosan paint is simple in preparation, accurate in testing method, and without skin irritation.更多还原
