【摘要】 为缓和日益加剧的保护与开发矛盾,国务院已受理、审批了几批次国家级自然保护区调整方案。本文对我国国家级自然保护区调整的数量、时空动态、类型与管理等特征分析,发现对保护区重要性的认识、经费投入、管理体制及保护区自身问题等是保护区调整的诱因,以期为保护区管理政策研究提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 To alleviate the contradiction between protection and development,several batches of national nature reserves adjustment programs,such as range adjustment,function zoning adjustment,have been accepted and approved by the State Council. In this paper,the quantitative characteristic,spatio-temporal features,type-feature structure and management characteristicsof adjusted National Nature Reserves were quantitatively described and analyzed. Precipitating factors such as the level of recognition,funds,management system of reserves and reserves own problems lead to reserve adjustment.更多还原
