【摘要】 论文系统归纳了美国城市认真实施可持续发展判定的七大类指标,包括可持续指标项目、"精明增长"措施、土地使用项目规划和政策、交通规划方案和政策、预防和减少污染的努力、能源和资源的保护和使用效率、组织、管理、协调与治理以及34项子项目,并运用这些指标对美国24个城市可持续发展"认真度"进行了排序。最后,从必要性、评定指标以及加强监督管理等方面阐述了我国城市实施可持续发展"认真度"评估的可借鉴之处。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper systematically summarizes seven categories of indicator about the American cities taking sustainable development,including sustainable indicators project,"smart growth" measures,plans and policies of land utilization programs,programs and policies of transportation planning,efforts of preventing and reducing the pollution,the using and protecting efficiency,administration,management,coordination and governance of energy and resources,and 34 sub-items.With these indicators,the order of seriousness degree of 24 urbans’ sustainable development in U.S.has been given.At last,from the aspects of necessity,evaluation indicators and strengthening the supervision and management of China urban sustainable development seriousness,some valuable factors have been proposed and analyzed.更多还原
