【摘要】 目的了解江苏省小学生健康相关知识与行为的掌握现状及其影响因素。方法采用二阶段整群抽样的方法,抽取2850名小学生作为调查对象,调查内容为《中小学健康教育指导纲要》第二水平相适应的健康相关知识与行为,通过自填的方式进行问卷调查。结果江苏省小学生健康知识知晓率为83.75%,健康行为形成率为76.74%。女生健康知识知晓率和健康行为形成率均高于男生,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。将健康知识知晓率进行Logistic回归分析发现,所在地区(OR=1.505)以及是否为健康促进学校(OR=1.240)均为影响因素。结论江苏省小学生健康基本知识掌握情况良好,但存在性别和地区间的差异,要据此采取有针对性的健康教育措施,同时积极响应健康促进学校的创建。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the current situation of health-related knowledge and behaviors mastered by primary school students in Jiangsu Province,and find out influencing factors.Methods A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted among 2850 students which were sampled by two-staged cluster sampling method.The information about health-related knowledge and behaviors according to the second level of "Health Education Guidancein Primary and Middle School"was collected.Results The awareness rate of health knowledge was 83.75% and the formation rate of healthy behaviors was 76.74% in primary school students in Jiangsu Province.The awareness rates and behaviorformation rates of girls were higher than that of boys in primary schoolsand the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Region(OR=1.505) and health promoting school(OR=1.240) were showed as influential factors of health awareness by logistic regression analysis.Conclusion The mastery of health knowledge in primary school students in Jiangsu Province was good overall while differences existed between genders and regions.Targeted measures on health education should be carried outaccording to the influential factors and the establishment of health promoting school should be promoted.更多还原
