【摘要】 目的探讨补阳还五汤口服加药浴对坐骨神经传导速度的影响。方法 60只SD大鼠暴露左侧坐骨神经。对照组只钳夹;实验组钳夹并加用补阳还五汤口服及药浴治疗。观察钳夹前和钳夹切除后大鼠坐骨神经传导速度(SNCV)。结果于2、4、6周分别测对照组、实验组的坐骨神经传导速度(SNCV)。各时间段实验组坐骨神经传导速度恢复快于对照组,P<0.01。结论补阳还五汤口服加药浴对坐骨神经传导速度有明显的促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of oral administration and medicated bath of a Chinese medicine,BuYangHuanWu decoction,on the conduction velocity in injured rat sciatic nerve(SNCV).Methods Sixty healthy adult Sprague-Dawley rats were used in this study.The left sciatic nerve was surgically exposed and injured to prepare the nerve injury models.The rats were divided into two groups.The experimental group received oral administration and medicated bath of BuYangHuanWu decoction.The SNCV was measured both before and 2,4,6 weeks after operation.Results The SNCVs in the experimental group were significantly faster than those in the control group at 2,4,and 6 weeks after treatment(all were P<0.01).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine BuYangHuanWu decoction by oral administration and medicated bath is beneficial to improve the sciatic nerve conduction velocity in rats.更多还原
