配网负荷转供最优方案确定新方法

【摘要】 针对基于随机类算法确定负荷转供方案往往计算速度慢的缺点,提出了基于具有不可行解修复能力的自适应免疫算法结合基本树拓扑快速判断的负荷转供最优方案确定新方法。该方法全面计及了负荷转供的各个因素,具有模型完整的特点。因该方法具有不可行解修复能力,比其他方法计算速度更快。在优化的过程中,为了增加计算速度,进一步采用了基于基本树的拓扑放射性快速辨识策略,使得当前解无需进行相应的遍历而能快速判断当前解是否满足放射性。多个算例验证了该方法的有效性。

【Abstract】 In view of the slow calculation process of stochastic algorithm in determining the optimal load transfer scheme, a new method is proposed to solve the problem based on the adaptive immune algorithm with infeasible solution recovery in combination with the basic-tree topology fast judging method. With consideration of all the factors of load transfer, this method is characterized by a complete mathematical model. Due to its infeasible solution recovery technology, it has an advantage over stochastic optimization methods in calculation time.Furthermore, to increase the calculation speed, the basic-tree based topology radial fast identification strategy is used to judge the topological radial constraint limits in distribution system for each new solution during the iteration process, as a result, the calculation time for the evolution optimization process is further reduced. Several case studies have proved the effectiveness and validity of this method.
