【摘要】 对贵州省40所乡镇卫生院卫生人力资源进行调查,了解乡镇卫生院卫生技术人员现实状况,并针对存在的问题提出建议,希望能对行政部门做出相应决策提供一定的理论依据。

【Abstract】 To Guizhou 40 township health center health human resource investigation, understand township health center health technical personnel reality,and gives suggestion to the existing promblems, the administrative department of hope to provide certain theoretical basis for decision making.
