【摘要】 目的:观察不同孕周早产儿解脲支原体(UU)感染情况及红霉素治疗的疗效。方法:选择符合要求的早产儿进行痰培养UU检测,检出69例UU阳性患儿,并将患儿根据孕周分成三组,分别设孕28周-为C1组,孕32周-为C2组,孕35周-为C3组。对不同组段UU感染的阳性率进行比较。同时对30例患儿经过红霉素治疗的命名为红霉素治疗组,39例未进行红霉素治疗的命名为对照组,分别行血常规、胸片、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)的检测。结果:C2组患儿UU感染率最高,C1组患儿UU-DNA拷贝值最高。红霉素治疗组和对照组相比,血白细胞总数及IL-6、IL-8呈下降趋势。结论:早产儿UU感染在孕32周-感染率最高,有必要对符合要求的病例进行红霉素治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the infectious status of Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) in premature infants born at different gestational weeks and the curative effect of erythromycin. Methods: The premature infants meeting the criteria were selected,and then sputum Uu detection was conducted,a total of 69 positive Uu premature infants were detected and divided into three groups according to gestational weeks: C1 group(28 gestational week-),C2 group(32 gestational week-),and C3 group(35 gestational week-). The positive rates of Uu infection in the three groups were compared. Thirty premature infants treated with erythromycin during the same period were designed as erythromycin group,and the other thirty- nine premature infants who were not treated with erythromycin were designed as control group; blood routine examination,chest radiography,interleukin- 6(IL- 6) detection,and IL- 8 detection were conducted respectively. Results: The infection rate of Uu in C2 group was the highest,the number of Uu- DNA copies in C1 group was the highest. Compared with control group,the total number of blood white cells and the contents of IL- 6,IL- 8 in erythromycin group showed decreasing trends. Conclusion: The infection rate of Uu in premature infants born at 32 gestational week and more than 32 gestational week was the highest,it is necessary to conduct erythromycin therapy among the premature infants meeting criteria.更多还原
