【摘要】 目的:探讨学龄儿童感觉统合失调和行为问题的发生率及两者的关系。方法:用儿童感觉统合能力发展评定量表、Rutter儿童行为评定量表抽样调查市区2所小学593名学龄儿童。结果:593名儿童总的感觉统合失调率为31.5%,其中轻度失调率为22.6%,重度失调率为8.9%;男童和女童感觉统合失调率分别为35.4%和27.9%,男童高于女童(χ2=3.909,P<0.05)。总的行为问题发生率为27.8%,有行为问题儿童组感觉统合失调率明显高于无行为问题组(P<0.01)。结论:感觉统合失调与行为问题密切相关,早期发现和干预儿童感觉统合失调,可减少行为问题的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the incidence rates of sensory integration dysfunction(SID) and behavioral problems in school-age children and the interaction.Methods:A total of 593 school-age children were selected from two elementary schools in urban area by children sensory integration ability development and rating scale and Rutter children behavior rating scale,then the children were investigated.Results:The total incidence rate of SID in 593 children was 31.5%,the incidence rates of mild SID and severe SID were 22.6% and 8.9%,respectively;the incidence rates of SID in boys and girls were 35.4% and 27.9%,respectively,the incidence rate of SID in boys was statistically significantly higher than that in girls(χ2=3.909,P<0.05).The total incidence rate of behavioral problems was 27.8%,the incidence rate of SID in children with behavioral problems was statistically significantly higher than that in children without behavioral problems(P<0.01).Conclusion:SID is closely correlated with behavioral problems,early detection and intervention of SID in children can reduce behavioral problems.更多还原
