【摘要】 目的研究Onyx液体栓塞剂栓塞治疗脑动静脉畸形的临床效果。方法回顾性收集2010年1月~2013年4月我院应用Onyx液体栓塞剂栓塞治疗脑动静脉畸形的30例病例临床资料,研究其短中期的临床效果。结果脑动静脉畸形闭塞率为30%~50%共5例(20%),50%~80%共15例(60%),>80%共5例(20%);对不同分析下的栓塞情况进行比较分析发现,Ⅰ~Ⅱ组与Ⅲ~Ⅴ组的患者在栓塞效果上并无明显的统计学差异(χ2=1.231,P=0.54)。结论 Onyx可提高脑动静脉畸形的栓塞效果,但长期效果需进一步随访。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical result of embolization of cerebral arteriovenous malformation with Onyx.Methods Retrospectively collected the clinical information of patients form January 2010 to April 2013 who were cerebral arteriovenous malformations and treated with Onyx liquid embolic agent embolization.The clinical results were observed in short and medium term.Results The rate of occlusion of cerebral arteriovenous malformation from 30% to 50% was 20%,from 50% to 80% was 60% and that>80% was 20%;compared the situation under analysis embolism;Ⅰ-Ⅱ group and Ⅲ-Ⅴ group of patients in the embolization had no significant difference(χ2=1.231,P =0.54).Conclusion Onyx can improve cerebral arteriovenous malformation embolization effect,but the long-term effects need further follow-up.更多还原
