【摘要】 目的探讨中西医结合方法对初治失败的幽门螺杆菌阳性胃部疾病补救治疗的临床效果。方法选择152例经三联疗法治疗4周失败的幽门螺杆菌阳性胃溃疡患者,选择30例作为对照组,继续给予三联疗法治疗4周,其余患者按中医症候分为肝气犯胃型、脾胃虚寒型、肝胃郁热型及阴虚胃燥型,采用辩证给予中药联合三联西药治疗4周,比较各组幽门螺杆菌转阴率、内镜疗效及临床疗效。结果肝气犯胃组、脾胃虚寒组、肝胃郁热组及阴虚胃燥组幽门螺杆菌转阴率高于对照组(P<0.05),肝气犯胃组、脾胃虚寒组、肝胃郁热组幽门螺杆菌转阴率高于阴虚胃燥组(P<0.05)。肝气犯胃组、脾胃虚寒组、肝胃郁热组及阴虚胃燥组溃疡愈合率及临床有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);各组患者治疗期间均未发生明显不良反应。结论中西医结合辩证治疗初治失败的幽门螺杆菌感染胃溃疡患者能够提高幽门螺杆菌转阴率,改善临床效果,具有较好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional and western medicine for salvage ther apia on gastropathy with helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection that was abortive for therapia in first time.Methods A total of 152 cases of patients with gastric ulcer with Hp infection that was abortive for therapia in first time with trigeminy medication,30 csaes were selected as control groups,and trigeminy medication was sequent taken for 4 weeks,resid uary patients were divided into stomach disorder due to liver-QI groups,insufficiency of spleen-YANG groups,liver and stomach aggregating-RE groups and YIN-asthenia and stomach-ZAO groups by syndrome differentiation of tradi tional Chinese medicine,trigeminy medication combined traditional Chinese drug were taken for 4 weeks,negative rate of Hp,effective rate of gastroscope and cliniccurative effect were contrasted along every groups.Results Negative rate of Hp was higher in tomach disorder due to liver-QI groups,insufficiency of spleen-YANG groups,liver and stomach aggregating-RE groups and YIN-asthenia and stomach-ZAO groups than control groups(P < 0.05),and was higher in stomach disorder due to liver-QI groups,insufficiency of spleen-YANG groups,liver and stomach aggregating-RE groups than in YIN-asthenia and stomach-ZAO groups(P < 0.05),effective rate of gastroscope and clinic was higher in tomach disorder due to liver-QI groups,insufficiency of spleen-YANG groups,liver and stomach aggregating-RE groups and YIN-asthenia and stomach-ZAO groups than in control groups(P < 0.05).Apparente adverse reaction did not occurred during treatment in every groups.Conclusion That integrated traditional and western medicine for salvage therapia on gastropathy with Hp infection that was abortive for therapia in first time csn improve darking rate of Hp,and improve clinical effect and had good curative effect.更多还原
