【摘要】 目的研究软性内镜圈形异物取出钳的临床应用价值。方法对2005年1月～2012年1月72例胃石患者的临床应用资料进行回顾性分析。结果 72例患者的总有效率95.8%,治疗过程中发生内芯断裂2例,内芯滑脱或手柄打弯致胃石切割不完全18例次。结论该取出钳经临床验证疗效确切,但仍存在欠缺。需对其内芯及手柄材质等进行改良。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To test the efficacy of flexible ring shaped forceps in the treatment of gastric persimmon bezoars so as to find the value as well as the defects of the device.Methods Seventy-two cases of the patients who were treated by using the flexible ring shaped forceps between the year 2005 and 2012,had been studied.Results The device had been proved efficient in 70 out of 72 cases.In the process of the treatment,incomplete cutting occurred in 18 cases due to the side core-slide or the bending of forceps handles and forceps inner cores broke in 2 cases.Conclusion The study shows that the flexible ring shaped forceps is of good efficacy in the clinical application and that im provement has to be made in its inner core and handle.更多还原
