【摘要】 目的探讨Ⅱ期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中微管解聚蛋白Stathmin和Ⅲ型β微管蛋白(β-tubulin-Ⅲ)表达水平与诺维本+顺铂(NP)方案化疗敏感性及患者预后的关系,为个体化治疗方案的制定提供依据。方法免疫组化法检测已手术Ⅱ期NSCLC患者肿瘤组织中Stathmin和β-tubulin-Ⅲ蛋白表达水平,所有患者行NP方案化疗,并随访患者的无瘤生存时间(DFS)和总体生存时间(OS),统计学分析Stathmin和β-tubulin-Ⅲ的蛋白表达水平与患者DFS和OS的关系。结果患者肿瘤组织中Stathmin、β-tubulin-Ⅲ蛋白表达水平与患者的DFS及OS均无显著相关(P>0.05)。结论Ⅱ期NSCLC患者肿瘤组织中Stathmin和β-tubulin-Ⅲ蛋白表达水平不能作为预测患者预后及NP方案化疗敏感性的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression level of microtubule associated gene pro tein and sensitivity of chemotherapy and prognosis in patients with Ⅱ period non-small cell lung cancer,which would provide a basis of the proper medicine choice for the patients’ tailored chemotherapy.Methods The expression of βtubulin-Ⅲ and Stathmin protein were measured by immunohistochemistry assay,all patients accepted NP chemotherapy,and follow-up of patients with disease-free survival time(DFS) and overall survival rate(OS),the relationship between the expression level of β-tubulin-Ⅲ 、Stathmin protein and prognosis of patients were statistically analyzed.Results The expression level of Stathmin and β-tubulin-Ⅲ protein were irrelevant with the OS and DFS of patients(P > 0.05).Conclusion The expression of Stathmin and β-tubulin-Ⅲ protein in patients with Ⅱ period NSCLC can not be as prediction for chemotherapy sensitive index and the prognosis.更多还原
