小儿急性阑尾炎细菌移位与阑尾组织NOS、血清NO及IL-10的关系

【摘要】 目的探讨小儿急性阑尾炎发生细菌移位情况,分析其与阑尾组织中的NOS、血清中NO及IL-10的关系。方法选择在我院进行治疗的急性阑尾炎患儿24例为阑尾炎组,分别于术前和术后7 d采集静脉血,术中吸取腹腔液体。选择肠旋转不良且无阑尾炎的患儿15例为肠旋转不良组,选择20例健康儿童为正常对照组,采集血标本。检测全血细菌DNA,收集的腹腔液体和切取的淋巴结进行细菌培养,测定阑尾组织NOS的表达情况,检测血清中NO和IL-10的水平。结果 NO与NOS呈负相关,与IL-10成正相关。结论小儿化脓性阑尾炎可出现肠道细菌移位与NO有密切关系。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss relationship between bacterial translocation in children acute appendicitis and ap pendix NOS,serum NO,IL-10.Methods Selected 24 cases with children acute appendicitis,were collected phleboblood before operation and 7d after operation.Peritoneal fluid were collected during operation.15 cases with malrota tion of intestines and without acute appendicitis were selected,and 20 cases health children.Bacterial DNA were de tected,and collection of peritoneal fluid and chipped lymph nodes for bacterial culture.NOS was detected.Results NO showed negative correlation with NOS,and showed positive correlation with IL-10.Conclusion Bacterial translocation in children acute appendicitis has a close relation with NO.
