【摘要】 目的通过信息化条件下PDCA循环管控使得抗菌药物的合理应用达标。方法以医院信息管理系统为平台开发抗菌药物管理模块,在信息化条件下进行PDCA循环管控抗菌药物,采取每星期提取相关信息,通过OA系统滚动警示超标科室与医师,月底绩效奖惩。每半年对抗菌药物的使用进行统计分析,对遗留问题提出改进意见并转入下一个管理循环。结果对2011～2012年两年间的抗菌药物使用进行全样本统计,在信息化条件下多个PDCA循环管理与持续性改进,基本达到卫生部抗菌药物使用管理指标要求。结论利用信息化条件下PDCA循环管理,可准确、快速、有效地监控抗菌药物的使用,对每星期滚动警示提醒医师适时持续性改进,有较高的应用价值,同时PDCA循环管理方法还需不断完善,以适应抗菌药物使用管理的新需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To reach the standard of the reasonable application of antibiotic drugs under informationized conditions by Plan-Do-Check Action cycle.Methods Develop antibiotics management modules based on the hospital information management system platform under informationized conditions to control the Plan-Do-Check Action cycle via office automation system.Using rolling alert to warn exceeding departments and doctors,and carry out rewards and punishments in the end of each month according the performance.Establish biannually a statistical analysis on the us age of the antibiotics drugs,put forward improvement suggestions on the leftover problems,then pass to next PDCA.Results A full sample statistic on the usage of antibiotic drugs of the two years from 2011 to 2012 by PDCA have es sentially reached the antibiotic drugs usage and management standard of the Ministry of Public Health.Conclusion The Plan-Do-Check Action cycle under informationized conditions can accurately quickly and effectively supervise the usage of the antibiotic drugs.And it can improve timely and continually the performance of the doctors according to the weekly rolling alert.With high applied value,however,it still needs to be improved constantly in order to meet the new needs of the antibiotic drugs usage and management.更多还原
