【摘要】 目的探讨新鲜四肢长骨干骨折采用带锁髓内钉治疗后的临床治疗效果。方法选取来我院进行治疗的新鲜四肢长骨干骨折患者572例,均采用带锁髓内钉进行治疗。对其手术时间、骨折愈合情况及并发症发生情况进行分析。结果 (1)肱骨干骨折患者及股骨干骨折患者采用顺行髓内钉固定及逆行髓内钉固定的手术时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)愈合率达到96.5%,切开复位组与闭合复位组的愈合时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)并发症发生率为9.62%。结论新鲜四肢长骨干骨折患者采用闭合复位带锁髓内钉进行治疗是一种较为理想的治疗方式,但是对其导致的并发症应该提高重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the interlocking intramedullary nailing in the treatment of the fresh limbs long bone fractures treatment effect.Methods A total of 572 cases of fresh limbs long bone fracture patients were selected in our hospital,they were treated with interlocking intramedullary nail.The time of surgery,fracture healing and complica tions were analyzed.Results(1) The difference surgery in humeral shaft fractures and femoral shaft fractures between antegrade intramedullary nailing group and retrograde intramedullary nail group was not significant(P > 0.05).(2)Healing rate was 96.5%,the difference of healing time between open reduction group and closed reduction group was signifi cant(P < 0.05).(3) The complication rate was 9.62%.Conclusion Fresh limbs long bone fractures were treated with interlocking intramedullary nail treatment is an ideal treatment,but its cause complications should improve the degree of attention.更多还原
