【摘要】 目的探讨延伸护理对膀胱癌全切尿流改道腹壁造口术后患者自理能力和生活质量的影响。方法选取膀胱癌全切尿流改道术腹壁造口的患者共92例,按照入院顺序随机分为观察组和对照组各46例:针对46例观察组患者开展延伸护理服务,对照组患者仅接受出院指导及电话回访,采用造口相关知识调查问卷及生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI)对患者的腹壁造口相关知识掌握情况及生活质量指数进行评估。结果观察组自理能力较前明显提高,生活质量指数明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论延伸护理服务能够有效提高膀胱癌全切尿流改道腹壁造口术后患者的自我护理能力和生活质量,同时大大提高患者对护理质量的综合满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effect of extended nursing model on self-care ability and living quality of pa tients with bladder cancer treated by urinary diversion abdominal stoma.Methods Ninty-two bladder cancer patients undergoing radical cystectomy and urinary diversion abdominal stoma were selected and randomly divided into obser vation and control group according to the order of admission.46 patients in the observation group were given extended nursing care.46 Patients in the control group were given discharge guidance and call visits only.The grasp of related knowledge of abdominal stoma and the quality-of-life indicator were assessed by the questionnaire of related knowl edge of abdominal stoma and general quality of life inventory(GQOLI).Results The patients’ self-care ability in the observation group was significantly improved than before and quality-of-life indicator was significantly improved com pared with the control group(P < 0.01).Conclusion extended nursing care can improve self-care ability and living quality of patients with bladder cancer treated by urinary diversion abdominal stoma,and increase obviously the ap proval level of the nursing service quantity.更多还原
