【摘要】 目的观察无纺布和止血带在气管切开患者术后的应用效果。方法将54例重型颅脑损伤气管切开患者随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组使用寸带外面套止血带固定气切外套管,切口纱布上多加用医用无纺布;对照组按常规方法换药。结果观察组患者皮肤损害程度和发生时间明显低于对照组,切口纱布因污染增加换药次数也明显低于对照组。结论通过无纺布及止血带的应用,不仅减少了频繁更换固定带和切口敷料带给患者的不适和痛苦,也体现了护理工作者的细节思维。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the application effect of nonwovens and tourniquet for patients after tracheotomy.Methods Fifty-four patients with severe craniocerebral injury receiving tracheotomy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group used the tourniquet to fasten the outer thimble and the medical nonwovens were applied on the gauze.The control group used the conventional dressing method.Results The skin injury degree and occurrence time of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the increase of number of times of dressing due to pollution was also lower than that of the control group.Conclusion The application of nonwovens and tourniquet not only reduces the discomfort and pain caused by the fre quent change of fixing band and incision dressing,but also reflects the careful thinking of nursing workers.更多还原
