【摘要】 目的研究miR-21联合3C肿瘤标志物检测在乳腺癌患者诊断中的应用价值。方法选择乳腺癌患者作为观察组、乳腺良性疾病患者作为良性对照组、健康体检者作为健康对照组,检测外周血中CA125、CA199、CA153与miR-21的含量。结果观察组患者miR-21、CA125、CA153、CA199水平明显高于良性对照组和健康对照组,并且呈现出TNMⅠ期>Ⅱ期>Ⅲ期>Ⅳ期;四项指标联合检查灵敏度87.5%、特异度94.5%,均高于四项指标单独检测。结论 miR-21参与了乳腺癌发生的生理、病理过程,可以作为乳腺癌早期诊断的肿瘤标志物,联合CA125、CA199和CA153检查能提高乳腺癌诊断的灵敏度和特异度,具有积极的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application value of miR-21 combined with CA153,CA125,CA199 detection in early diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods Patients with breast cancer were collected as observation group,benign breast disease patients were collected as control group and people given healthy examination were collected as healthy control group.Then CEA,CA125,CA199 and CA153 were detected.Results The levels of miR-21,CA125,CA199,CA153 in observation group were significantly higher than those in benign group and healthy group,presenting trend as TNM Ⅰ>Ⅱ>Ⅲ>Ⅳ;Sensitivity and specificity of combined detection of four tumor markers were 87.5% and 94.5%,which were higher than separated detection.Conclusion miR-21 involves in the physiology,pathology process of breast cancer,can be used as a tumor marker in early diagnosis of breast cancer,and combined detection with CA153,CA125,CA199 can improve the sensitivity and specificity in diagnosis of breast cancer,and has positive value.更多还原
