【Abstract】 In recent years,the research on universal test system has become the hot topic of automatic test system(ATS),especially the versatility of the test software is more and more to be concerned.With building universal test system as the goal,the implementing method for versatility of test software is researched,and the establishing method for universal ATS software platform is proposed.The functions and design schemes of each module of this software platform are given in detail.The software platform features higher versatility and expansibility.It is powerful tool for test personnel conducting product maintenance and test,so it is worth to be promoted.更多还原
