基于ARM系统的胶体金快速检测仪的实现

【摘要】 该文介绍了一种基于ARM嵌入式系统的智能快速检测仪器,用于胶体金试纸快速检测应用,仪器集成了ARM主板、USB摄像头、GPRS无线模块、打印机等硬件模块。首先使用USB摄像头采集试纸图像,采用专用图像处理算法准确识别出检测线位置和灰度值,通过试纸的灰度-浓度特征曲线实现定性和定量检测,最后将检测结果数据通过GPRS无线网络实时传送到数据中心服务器。仪器具有较高的准确性,定性检测准确率大于99%,定量检测准确率大于90%,极大地扩展了胶体金检测应用范围。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces a rapid and intelligent detecting instrument based on ARM–embedded system,which is used for colloidal-gold detecting application.The instrument consists of some hardware units including ARM main board,USB camera,GPRS wireless-module and micro-printer.Firstly,the image of colloidal-gold strips is captured by the USB camera and dealt with an especial image process algorithm which can recognize the position and grayscale value of check-strips correctly.Secondly,the grayscale-chroma feature curve of colloidal-gold strips is used for qualitative and quantitative testing.Finally,the testing data is transmitted and uploaded into the center data server by GPRS wireless network.The instrument has a higher accuracy.The qualitative detection accuracy rate is more than 99% and the quantitative detection accuracy rate is over 90%.It can greatly extends the range of colloidal golden detection applications.
