基于虚拟仪器的超声电机测试系统
Test System of Ultrasonic Motor Based on Virtual Instrument
【摘要】 开发了一套测试超声电机机械特性的装置。本装置硬件系统由磁粉制动器、动态力矩传感器、数据采集卡及计算机组成。测量时由磁粉制动器对电机施加负载,通过动态力矩传感器采集超声电机输出的力矩及转速,传感器扭矩数值的测量采用应变电阻测量经过压/频转换,转换为与扭应变成正比的方波频率信号。超声波电机机械特性软件系统采用Labview,采用了触发与门极以及统计,利用移位寄存器功能实现对力矩传感器的数据处理。通过对前面板的设计,将传感器输出的信号以图形和数据的形式显示,测量出电机的机械特性曲线图。该测试系统中,通过修改程序可以测量各种超声电机的机械特性。
【Abstract】 Traveling wave type rotary ultrasonic motors(TRUM)as a new type motor,has a wide range of applications.In this paper,a device for the mechanical characteristics of ultrasonic motor was developed.The hardware of device consists of a magnetic powder brake,dynamic torque sensor,data acquisition board and computer.Magnetic powder brake load imposed on the motor.The dynamic torque sensor collected output torque and speed of ultrasonic motor.Software of device is Labview.Trigger,gate and shift registers were used for signal processing in Labview.On front panel,the mechanical characteristics of ultrasonic motor were displayed on waveform graph.The mechanical characteristics of different types of ultrasonic motor can be measured by modifying the program.
