薄层污垢超声检测信号处理方法
Thin Fouling Ultrasonic Testing Signal Analysis and Identification Method
【摘要】 采用超声时域反射法进行直接污垢检测,针对实际检测中污垢层较薄、杂波噪声较多、参考信号获取存在不准确匹配等问题,提出采用频域反卷积与高阶累积MUSIC谱估计相结合方式进行混叠信号分析,并在频域引入迭代方式对信道模型进行修正,增加了参数提取的准确性和实用性。文中分别对仿真信号与实际实验测量信号进行处理与结果分析,验证了此方法的可行性。
【Abstract】 Fouling detection for heat exchange equipment is of great importance to ensuring normal industry production.Ultrasonic time-domain reflectometry technology is used to realize directive fouling monitoring.Due to the existing problems,for examples,the fouling layer of equipment is thin,echo is overlapped and cluttered,and the acquired reference signal is not exact matching,the method of frequency-domain inverse filtering combined with high order cumulant MUSIC spectrum estimation is proposed for overlapped signal analysis.The iterative method is used in the frequency-domain to modify the channel model,increasing the accuracy and practicability of the parameter extraction.The feasibility of this method is also verified through the analysis of the simulation and measured signals.
