【摘要】 目的研究对坐叶的化学成分。方法对坐叶的甲醇提取物经硅胶柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从对坐叶中分离并鉴定了8个化合物,分别为3β-hydroxy-oleana-11,13(18)-dien-28-oic acid(1)、3-表-白桦酸(2)、白桦酸(3)、β-谷甾醇(4)、齐墩果酸(5)、胡萝卜苷(6)、熊果酸(7)、simiarenol(8)。结论所有化合物均首次从该植物中分离到,其中化合物1、2、8为首次从该属植物中分离到。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM To study the chemical constituents of Hedyotis uncinella Hook.et Arn.METHODS Methanol extract of Hedyotis uncinella Hook.et Arn.was isolated and purified by column chromatography over silica gel.Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Eight compounds were isolated from Hedyotis uncinella Hook.et Arn.and identified as 3β-hydroxy-oleana-11,13(18)-dien-28-oic acid(1),3-epi-betulinic acid(2),betulinic acid(3),β-sitosterol(4),oleanolic acid(5),daucesterol(6),ursolic acid(7),simiarenol(8).CONCLUSION All compounds are firstly reported in this plant.Compounds 1,2 and 8 are firstly isolated from Hedyotis.更多还原
