基于LabVIEW的线路无损检测
Detection of PCB Based on Virtual Instrument
【摘要】 以机器视觉技术为背景,运用LabVIEW语言,开发了PCB板线路检测系统,主要针对印刷线路板的断路、短路、缺损和毛刺4类缺陷进行检测.实验结果证明,这一系统不仅识别结果准确,而且速度快,电路板在检测过程中不容易受损,是实现PCB检测的一种行之有效的方法.
【Abstract】 Taking examination technology of the machine vision as a method,PCB detection system is designed by using LabVIEW.Four types of defects including short circuit,open circuit,protuberance and concavity on PCB can be effectively detected.The experiment proves that the method not only recognized accurately and effectively but is not easy to be damaged during the detection process.It is a valid method to realize the PCB detecting.
