【摘要】 目的:对2008—2011年我院门诊消化系统用中成药的临床应用情况进行研究,了解该类中成药的用药特点和变化趋势,以期为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对2008—2011年我院门诊消化系统用中成药的销售金额及构成比、用药频度(DDDs)和科室用药分布情况进行统计、分析。结果:我院门诊消化系统用中成药的销售金额呈逐年上升趋势,各类药销售金额及构成比相对固定,在临床各科室的用药集中度相对较低。结论:中医药在消化系统疾病的防治中有着重要的地位,我院门诊消化系统用中成药的品种基本能够满足临床需求。医院应注重合理用药,以保障临床用药的安全、有效和经济。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To study the clinical use status of outpatient Chinese patent medicines for digestion system in our hospital during 2008-2011,investigate the characteristics and development tendency of drug use,so as to provide references for clinical rational use of drugs.METHODS:The outpatient Chinese patent medicines for digestion system used during 2008-2011 were analyzed statistically in respect of consumption sum and its proportion,DDDs and department distribution of drug use.RESULTS:The consumption sum of outpatient Chinese patent medicines for digestion system in our hospital increased year by year.The consumption sum and its proportion for various drugs were relatively stable with low drug use concentration ratio in clinical departments.CONCLUSION:Traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of digestion system diseases.The outpatient Chinese patent medicines in our hospital can basically meet clinical demands in categories.Rational use of drugs should be emphasized in hospital to ensure safe,effective and economic clinical medication.更多还原
