高通量测序技术在临床医学中的应用进展

【摘要】 高通量测序技术(第二代测序技术)近年来取得快速发展,与第一代测序技术相比具有速度快、准确率高、成本低等优点,主要以454测序技术、Solexa测序技术以及SOLiD测序技术为代表。高通量测序技术在生命科学以及医学领域方面的研究越来越广泛,该文介绍了几种高通量测序技术的作用原理以及它们在临床方面的应用情况。

【Abstract】 The high-throughput sequencing technology(second-generation sequencing technology) has achieved rapid development in recent years,compared with the first generation,the second-generation of sequencing technology is with the advantages of fast,higher precision,and low cost.The main technologies include 454 sequencing technology,Solexa sequencing technology and SOLiD sequencing technology.Highthroughput sequencing technology are more widely used in the life science research and medical areas.Here is to introduce the working principle of several high-throughput sequencing technologies and the application in clinical.
