【摘要】 目的探讨齿突侧块间距在儿童寰枢椎固定性旋转半脱位中的诊断价值。方法回顾笔者医院收住的42例寰枢椎固定性旋转半脱位患儿及45例正常儿童的寰枢椎CT资料,分析患儿组寰枢椎相对旋转角与齿突侧块间距差的相关性并比较患儿组与正常组齿突侧块间距不对称发生率的差异。结果患儿组寰枢椎相对旋转角与齿突侧块间距差无明显相关(r=-0.29,P=0.06);正常组与患儿组齿突侧块间距差不对称(≥1mm)发生率无明显差异,χ2=2.52,P>0.05。结论齿突侧块间距差≥1mm不适合作为儿童寰枢椎固定性旋转半脱位诊断标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of lateral atlantodental space in the diagnosis of atlantoaxial rotatory fixation in pediatrics.Methods The data of 42 children suffering atlantoaxial rotatory fixation and 45 normal children were retrospectively analyzed based on CT images.A scatter plot was used to answer whether the C1-2 separation angle correlated with the difference between two lateral atlantodental spaces in the patient group,and incidence of asymmetrical lateral atlantodental space was also compared.Results No significant correlation was noted between the C1-2 separation angle and the difference between two lateral atlantodental spaces in the patient group(r=-0.29,P=0.06).The incidence of asymmetrical lateral atlantodental space(≥1mm) had no statistically difference either(χ2=2.52,P>0.05).Conclusion Asymmetrical lateral atlantodental spaces(≥1mm) in pediatrics is not sufficient for diagnosis of atlantoaxial rotatory fixation.更多还原
