【摘要】 目的探讨不同类型肩锁关节脱位的诊断和治疗。方法 17例肩锁关节脱位患者,根据其不同损伤类型选择不同的治疗方法,按照JOA肩关节疾患治疗成绩评定标准进行评分。结果 17例患者均获得随访,随访时间3个月~14个月,平均10个月。JOA评分91分~100分,平均96分。结论正确地诊断不同类型的肩锁关节脱位,选择适合的治疗方法,可以获得满意疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss different types of dislocation of the acromioclavicular joint diagnosis and treatment.Methods According to the 17 patients with acromioclavicular joint dislocation in patients with different types of injury,choose a different treatment,according to the JOA shoulder disease treatment standard of grading score.Results According to the follow-up of 3 months ~14 months,an average of 10 months.In accordance with the JOA standard score,91 ~100,average 96 mark.Conclusion The correct diagnosis of different types of dislocation of the acromioclavicular joint,to select a suitable treatment method,all can obtain satisfactory curative effect.更多还原
