【摘要】 目的探讨电视胸腔镜辅助腋下小切口手术治疗复发性气胸的临床效果。方法固顾性分析我院2007年1月—2012年1月收治的62例复发性气胸患者行电视胸腔镜辅助腋下小切口手术治疗的情况。结果 62例患者手术过程均顺利,术中无大出血,无中转开胸,手术时间为1 h~1.5 h,术后胸腔闭式引流管留置时间3 d~5 d,术后住院时间为5 d~10 d。本组62例患者均痊愈出院,术后随访6个月~24个月,均无复发。结论电视胸腔镜辅助腋下小切口手术治疗复发性气胸具有手术时间短、出血量少、并发症少、术后恢复快及住院时间短的优势,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the VATS clinical effects of axillary incision surgery in the treatment of recurrent pneumothorax.Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2007 to January 2012 thoracoscopic auxiliary underarm small incision in the treatment of 62 cases of recurrent pneumothorax.Results 62 patients during surgery goes well,no massive hemorrhage,without conversion to thoracotomy surgery 1 to 1.5 hours,postoperative thoracic drainage tube indwelling time of 3 to 5 days,postoperative hospital stay for 5 to 10 days.The group of 62 patients were cured,were followed up for 6 to 24 months,there was no recurrence.Conclusion VATS the axillary incision surgical treatment of recurrent pneumothorax has shorter operative time,less blood loss,fewer complications,rapid postoperative recovery and shorter hospital stay advantages.更多还原
