【摘要】 目的:观察中西医结合治疗葡萄膜炎的临床效果。方法:治疗组30例(A组)(30眼)采用中药消炎明目汤配合西药皮质类固醇治疗;对照组(B组)30例(30眼)单用西药治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为100%,对照组为83%,两组的总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),1年内复发率:治疗组为6.67%,对照组为20.00%。结论:消炎明目汤联合皮质类固醇这种中西医结合的疗法治疗葡萄膜炎的效果优于常规西药,且复发率低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Therapeutic effect of western medicine combined with Chinese herbal medicine for uveitis is observed.Methods:Sixty patients with uveitis were randomly allocated to group A and group B.group B were treated only with routine western medicine(corticosteroid treatment) and group A added with Chinese herbal medicine with Xiaoyianminmutang.After treatment visual acuity,fundus feature and funding fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA) were compared between two groups with pretreatment.Results:The cure rate was 100% and 83% in group A and group B respectively,the difference being significant(P<0.05).By a year follow-up the recurrent rate was 6.67% and 20% in group A and group B.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of routine western medicine combined with Chinese herbal medicine is better than that of routine western medicine alon.更多还原
