【摘要】 目的:探讨螺旋CT三维重建技术在对牙体治疗中根管外断针定位、成像及临床应用价值。方法:对12例根管外断针拍根尖片并进行牙列轴位螺旋CT扫描,应用表面遮盖技术、多层面重建和容积再现法螺旋CT后处理技术获得断针立体图像以及任意平面,曲面断层影像。结果:螺旋CT能清晰直观显示根管外断针的具体位置、立体形态、长度以及与相邻组织结构的关系。结论:螺旋CT能精准定性、定位根管外断针,并为手术取出断针提供最详实的影像学信息。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To study the clinical value of three-dimensional reconstruction technology of spiral CT( 3DSCT) in locating fractured endodontic instrument lying beyond the apical foramen. METHODS: 12 cases with fractured endodontic instrument lying beyond the apical foramen were examined with spiral CT and periapical radiograph. All cases received shaded surface display( SSD),multiplanar reconstruction( MPR) and volume rendering( VR) methods afterwards. RESULTS: 3DSCT could clearly demonstrate the fractured endodontic instrument lying beyond the apical foramen,not only its location,orientation and length,but also its relation with surrounding structures.CONCLUSION: 3DSCT is an effective diagnostic aid for localizing the fractured endodontic instruments.更多还原
