【摘要】 随着社会信息化的进一步发展,人们对信息资源的需求日渐增大。档案部门,作为地勘单位主要的信息资源贮存单位,如何更好地利用丰富的档案资源,以方便、快捷、多样的形式为本单位的经济发展提供服务,一直都是档案部门不断研究和探讨的问题。文章结合单位的现状,充分认识到文书档案数字化建设的必要性和重要性,以地勘单位为例,探讨了文书档案数字化过程中应注意的有关事项及数据库建设的步骤。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the further development of social information,the resource information is desired by people increasingly.As the data archive management department whose main function is to store geological and other relevant information in the geological exploration companies and enterprises,how to make full use of the rich archive resources,and provide services for the social economic growth in ways of convenient,fast and various channels,is always an hot issue to discuss and study.Based on the present situation of the geological exploration companies and enterprises,and fully aware of the necessity and importance of digital construction for documentary archives,This paper discusses the key issues during the construction of the digital archive database and proposes the properly procedures to construct the database of documentary archives.更多还原
