循环载荷对两种不同底层瓷的复层结构陶瓷强度的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨循环载荷对复层陶瓷饰面瓷强度及底层瓷强度的影响。方法用氧化锆-氧化铝纳米复合渗透陶瓷和氧化铝渗透陶瓷分别作底层瓷的复层陶瓷进行0次和104次循环载荷,通过三点弯曲试验测试陶瓷强度,进行统计学分析。结果氧化锆-氧化铝纳米复合渗透陶瓷弯曲强度明显高于氧化铝渗透陶瓷(P<0.05),循环加载后两种底层瓷材料的试件弯曲强度虽有所下降,但差异无统计学意义;循环加载后,两种复层结构陶瓷的Vitaα饰面瓷崩裂的应力值明显下降(P<0.05)。结论氧化锆-氧化铝纳米复合渗透陶瓷的弯曲强度高于氧化铝渗透陶瓷,循环载荷导致饰面瓷强度明显降低,而对底层瓷影响不明显。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of strength of veneering porcelain and the core porcelain under cyclic loading. Methods Composite ceramics with different core porcelain,Zirconia-Alumina based nano-composite infiltrated ceramic and Alumina based infiltrated ceramic,were cyclically loaded 0 and 104times. Strength test of ceramic by the three point bending test and statistical analysis were also performed. Results The bending strength of Zirconia-Alumina based nano-composite infiltrated ceramic was significantly higher than that of Alumina based infiltrated ceramic( P < 0. 05). After cyclic loading,two kinds of core porcelain material specimen bending strength decreased,but with no significant difference. After cyclic loading,Vita alpha veneering porcelain break-up value with two kinds of complex layer structure ceramic significantly declined( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The bending strength of Zirconia-Alumina based nano-composite infiltrated ceramic is higher than that of Alumina based infiltrated ceramic. Cyclic loading leads to the significant decrease of veneer porcelain strength,and the effect is not obvious on the core porcelain.
