图们江中游表层沉积物中磷的赋存形态研究

【摘要】 采用磷的连续分级提取方法,对图们江中游表层沉积物中总磷及磷的赋存形态分布特征进行了研究.结果表明:图们江表层沉积物中总磷(TP)的含量范围为500.17~1 250.55 mg/kg,其中无机磷(IP)的含量范围为423.7~1 196.87 mg/kg,是沉积物中的主要赋存形态,占总磷的84.72%~95.71%;有机磷(OP)的含量范围为53.68~87.23 mg/kg,占总磷的4.29%~15.29%.在无机磷中,钙结合态磷(Ca-P)的含量范围为291.44~1 086.63 mg/kg,占总磷的58.29%~86.89%.沉积物中的总磷含量与无机磷总量呈显著性正相关(R2=0.825 8);钙结合态磷含量与无机磷总量呈显著性正相关(R2=0.837 8);铁结合态磷与闭蓄态磷含量呈显著性正相关(R2=0.907 2).

【Abstract】 Species of phosphorus in the sediments from middle reaches of Tumen River are investigated using sequential extraction method.It is shown that total phosphorus(TP) in sediments varied from 500.17-1 250.55 mg/kg,inorganic phosphorus(IP) content in the range of 423.7-1 196.87 mg/kg,and IP is its dominant portion,occupying 84.72%-95.71% of TP.Organic phosphorus(OP) content in the range of 53.68-87.23 mg/kg,occupying 4.29%-15.29% of TP.Calcium-binding phosphorus(Ca-P) content in the range of 291.44-1 086.63 mg/kg,occupying 58.29%-86.89% of TP.The total inorganic phosphorus(IP) is significant correlated to TP in the sediments(R2=0.825 8);Calcium-bound phosphorus(Ca-P) is significant correlated to total IP in the sediments(R2=0.837 8);Iron-bound phosphorus(Fe-P) is significant correlated to occluded phosphorus(O-P) in the sediments(R2=0.907 2).
