【摘要】 目的观察鸦胆子油乳注射液联合培美曲塞(PEM)和铂类药物(Pt)(即PP方案)治疗晚期肺腺癌的临床疗效。方法采用鸦胆子油乳联合PP方案(观察组)治疗晚期肺腺癌29例,并设单纯化疗组(对照组)29例,以28 d为1个周期,治疗2个周期后评价疗效。结果两组患者近期缓解率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但在提高患者生活质量、降低不良反应方面,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鸦胆子油乳联合PP方案治疗晚期肺腺癌的近期疗效与单纯化疗相当,但能提高患者生活质量,减轻化疗不良反应,值得在临床上推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of bruceolic oil emulsion for injection combined with pemetrexed(PEM) and platinum(Pt) drugs(PP plan) in treating advanced lung cancer.Methods Bruceolic oil emulsion for injection combined with PP plan(observation group) was adopted to treat 29 patients with advance lung cancer,while chemotherapy alone was in 29 cases(control group).28 days was regarded as a period,and the efficacy was evaluated after two periods of treatment.Results The difference between the two groups on recent remission rate had no statistical significance(P>0.05).The observation group was superior to the control group on increasing the living quality of patients and reducing adverse reactions,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of bruceolic oil emulsion for injection and PP plan has equivalent short-term effect with chemotherapy alone in treating advanced lung cancer,but it can improve the living quality of patients,reduce the adverse reaction of chemotherapy,so it is worthy of application and promotion in clinic.更多还原
