【摘要】 利用金属氧化物作催化剂,双氧水作氧化剂,对半干法脱硫灰中的亚硫酸钙进行催化转化试验研究,得到一种催化效果较好的复合催化剂Z(催化剂D:催化剂F=4:6),在脱硫灰中外掺0.5%的催化剂Z和17.2%的双氧水(浓度10%),经20℃陈放48h和174.5℃蒸压10h改性后,亚硫酸钙的转化率达到44.5%。用改性脱硫灰制得的蒸压砖,各项性能得到明显改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the research on catalytic conversion of calcium sulfite in semi-dry FGD ash is carried out.Metallic oxide as the catalyst,and hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant,a composite catalyst Z(catalyst D:catalyst F=4:6) is obtained.In modification,0.5% catalyst Z and 17.2% hydrogen peroxide(the density is 10%) are added to the FGD ash.After 48h of aged at the temperature of 20℃,and 10h of autoclaved at 174.5℃,44.5% calcium sulfite in the FGD ash is transformed.The results indicate that the properties of autoclaved brick made of the modified semi-dry FGD ash are significantly improved.更多还原
