【Abstract】 The employment structure and economic development are interrelated and interacted.Therefore,how to coordinate the relationship between the employment and the economic development is the important issue of the sustainable economic development of Hunan Province.This article primarily analyze the coordination of the employment structure and economic development of Hunan Province from the coordination of industrial structure and employment structure,the employment flexibility and ownership.And on the basis of this study,the related countermeasures are proposed to promote the coordinated development of employment structure and economy.更多还原
