【摘要】 农业科技资源配置是一项复杂的系统工程,具有重要的战略地位。本文概述复杂适应系统内涵的基础上,着重分析了农业科技资源配置自身的复杂性和配置过程的复杂性,以便更科学地认识农业科技资源配置的特殊性。

【Abstract】 the allocation of agricultural science and technology resources is a complicated system engineering.This paper summarizes the connotation of complex adaptive system based on agricultural science and technology and emphatically analyzes the complexity of resource allocation and complexity of distribution process in order to understand the particularity of agricultural science &technology resources.
