两种聚类有效性评价指标的MATLAB实现

【摘要】 在聚类分析应用中,为客观公正的评价聚类结果的有效性,需要使用各种有效的评价指标.使用MATLAB实现了F-Measure和Rand(RI)两种评价指标,为评判聚类结果的有效性提供了具体的方法.

【Abstract】 Various valid and fair methods are neede to assess the validation of clustering results in cluster analysis applications. The paper proposes an MATLAB programming of F-Measure and Rand(RI). It provides a concrete solution to assess the validation of clustering results.
