【摘要】 目的:了解甘肃省肃南裕固族聚居地区35岁以上裕固族人群糖尿病及糖调节受损患病情况.方法:采用整群随机抽样的方法,在甘肃省肃南裕固族自治县对1 023名35岁以上裕固族人群进行调查.通过问卷调查、血糖测量及血压、身高、体重、腰围等体质指标的测量,得到相关数据并采用SPSS13.0软件进行统计学分析,并与当地汉族进行对比.结果:35岁以上裕固族人群糖尿病患病率为3.3%,低于当地汉族(6.9%)(x2=7.796,P<0.01).糖调节受损患病率为10.0%,略高于当地汉族(8.8%)(x2=0.779,P<0.05);各年龄组间患病率有显著性差异,呈现增龄性上升.结论:裕固族糖尿病患病率较低,但糖调节受损患病率较高.当地卫生部门应重视糖尿病的宣传工作,加强糖尿病的综合防治能力.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the morbidity and characteristics of diabetes mellitus(DM) and the impaired glucose regulation(IGR) of Yugur nationality above 35 years old in Gansu province.Methods Cluster random sampling method was carried out in 1023 above 35 years Yugur inhabitants who live in county of southern Gansu Province.SPSS 13.0 statistics software is applied for the date analyses.The comparative study with the local Hans was also done to draw some conclusions.Results The DM morbidity in local Yugur were 3.3% and lower than that of the local Hans’s.The IGR morbidity in local Yugur was 10.0%.There was a significant difference of morbidity between different age groups,and the morbidity tendency increased with age.Conclusion The Yugur citizens has low DM morbidity,while a high IGR morbidity.The local hygiene department should pay more attention to popularize the knowledge of DM and enhance the comprehensive capacity of DM prevention and treatment.更多还原
