高中生健康行为影响因素的多组通径分析
The multi-group path analysis of the influencing factors on health behavior among high school students
【摘要】 目的通过多组通径分析探讨高中生健康行为影响因素在男性与女性、重点学校与非重点学校、城市与农村学生间的差异。方法建立高中生健康行为影响因素基准模型,分别检验模型形态和参数的组间一致性,根据两次检验中拟合优度的变化量△χ2,判断模型参数在不同组间是否存在差异。结果高中生健康行为影响因素基准模型表明,基本健康知识、传染病知识、健康理念和健康技能可直接影响健康行为,直接作用分别为0.218、0.229、0.172和0.242;基本健康知识、传染病知识、健康理念也可通过健康技能间接影响健康行为,间接作用分别为0.038、0.048和0.056。多组分析表明:重点与非重点、城市与农村学生间模型参数一致,但男性与女性学生间模型参数不一致(P﹤0.05)。结论本研究通过多组通径分析反映了健康行为影响因素模型在男性与女性学生间的不同表现,对于在高中生中开展有针对性的健康干预具有一定指导意义。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore differences of health behavior influencing factors model between female and male , key point school and regular school, rural and urban students by multi-group path analysis. METHODS We built basic model of health behavior about influencing factors and tested invariance of model forms and parameters among groups respectively.We also checked invariance of parameters in different groups in terms of χ2 change between two tests. RESULTS The basic model of health behavior indicated that basic health knowledge, infectious knowledge, health concept and health skill affected health behavior directly and the direct effects were 0.218, 0.229, 0.172 and 0.242 respectively. Basic health knowledge, infectious knowledge and health concept affected health behavior indirectly by health skill and the indirect effects were 0.038, 0.048 and 0.056 respectively. Multi-group path analysis indicated that the parameters between key point school and regular school, rural and urban students were the same, but the parameters between female and male had a statistical difference (P﹤0.05). CONCLUSION The study shows different performance of health behavior influencing factors among female and male by multi-group path analysis which provided guidance for health interventions among high school students.
