【摘要】 目的探讨建立区域性大型活动卫生保障住宿场所卫生监督量化评价指标体系,为开展区域性大型活动住宿场所卫生保障工作提供科学依据。方法选择30名专家进行两轮Delphi专家咨询,根据指标重要性赋值得分,确定住宿场所卫生监督量化评价的指标及其权重。结果 30名咨询专家的平均工龄为(20.63±5.80)年,两轮的应答率均为100%,权威系数分别为(0.86±0.06)、(0.89±0.06),Kendall协调系数分别为0.806(χ2=740.278,P﹤0.0001),0.827(χ2=780.398,P﹤0.0001),差异均有统计学意义;确定了住宿场所卫生监督量化评价一级指标5项、二级指标22项,其中一级指标卫生管理、卫生设施、集中空调通风系统、公共用品、客用健康相关产品的平均权重分别为2.00、2.00、2.89、2.02、1.09。结论 Delphi专家咨询法是构建区域性大型活动卫生保障住宿场所卫生监督量化评价指标体系的有效方法,并将为进一步建立卫生监督量化评价方法奠定基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish the health supervision quantitative evaluation indicators and offer scientific bases for the accommodation places health security during the territorial good-sized activities.METHODS A two-round Delphi consultation was carried out to choose suitable indicators of the health supervision quantitative evaluation of the accommodation places health security among thirty experts.The suitable indicators were selected according to the degree of importance recognized by the experts.RESULTS The average working years of the thirty experts was(20.63 ± 5.80).The response rates of the two-round consultation from the experts were both 100%,and the average coefficient of experts’ authorities were(0.86 ± 0.06),(0.89 ± 0.06),respectively.Kendall’s coefficient was estimated as 0.806(χ2=740.278,P﹤0.000 1),0.827(χ2=780.398,P﹤0.000 1),respectively.Opinions among experts became consistent.Five first-class indicators and twenty-two second-class indicators for the accommodation places were identified.Moreover,the average weight of hygiene management,hygiene installations,air conditioning system,public appliance and health products used by customers were 2.00,2.00,2.89,2.02 and 1.09,respectively.CONCLUSION Delphi method is an effective method to establish the health supervision quantitative evaluation indicators for the accommodation places health security during the territorial good-sized activities.Furthermore,it could lay the foundation of the establishment of the health supervision quantitative evaluation model for the accommodation places health security during the territorial good-sized activities.更多还原
