【摘要】 目的比较在云南警官学院培训的东南亚6国家警察,对降低艾滋病危害相关措施的认知和态度等,为后续外警公安卫生合作控制艾滋病培训奠定基础。方法对一年半中5次到云南警官学院参加降低危害培训的所有东南亚外籍警官,采用自行设计并经过预实验的问卷翻译为多语种后,在对象知情同意下进行调查,统一收集其人口学情况、艾滋病相关知识及对降低危害的态度等方面的信息,Excel 2003建立数据库,SPSS 17.0软件统计分析。结果 6个国家共141名警察参加调查,艾滋病相关知识的知晓率为46.8%;71.1%的警察认为吸毒人员是受害者,应提供帮助。国家间对吸毒人员态度的差异无统计学意义(P=0.418);55.5%的警察赞成提供清洁针具,40.9%赞同美沙酮替代治疗,各国警察对提供清洁针具、美沙酮替代治疗等控制吸毒人员的方法示赞成情况的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论东南亚国家警察艾滋病知识知晓率较低,但降低危害措施有一定认识,但国家间存在差异,其中缅甸警察认识程度略低。今后应继续加强跨境培训工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Comparison on harm reduction related knowledge and attitudes from policemen in 7Southeast countries to provide basis for further foreign policemen training Methods Investigation and analysis of policemen from seven countries in 18months by self-designed multi language questionnaires with pre-test,which collected demographic information,HIV/AIDS and harm reduction related knowledge/attitudes as well as job exposure’s situation Results 141policemen recruited in the investigation on HIV/AIDS,awareness rate of HIV/AIDS knowledge was 46.8%.Actually,71.1%policemen considered drug users as victim,should offer help for them,there were no statistically difference between countries(P=0.418).In additional,55.5% policemen agreed to provide clean needles,40.9% policeman agreed to use methadone maintenance treatment(MMT).There were statistically differences on the control measures(P=0.01).Conclusion Awareness rate of HIV/AIDS knowledge in policemen from Southeast countries was comparably low,while harm reduction measures were somewhat understood.But the difference existed between countries,and the understanding degree of Myanmar is slightly lower than others.The training on cross border harm reduction shonld be furtherly strengthened.更多还原
