【摘要】 目前,我国物业管理行业仍然处于初级发展阶段,涉及物业管理的各方主体对物业管理理解的深度和广度还有很大的局限性,物业管理纠纷和矛盾等问题不断出现。通过对济南市60家物业公司管理的127个住宅小区进行问卷调查,根据反馈回来的问卷数据进行统计,得出济南市住宅小区物业管理纠纷的现状、纠纷的主要类型和产生原因,通过综合分析提出纠纷有效解决的措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 the property management industry in our country is still at primary stage of development, people’s knowledges about this kind of management are very limited and superficial,consequently , dissensions and disputes on property management rise out constantly.According to the datum and statistics of a questionnaire survey with 127 residential estates which are serviced by 60 property management companies in Jinan city, this article analyzes the present situation of dissensions and disputes in the residential property manage, lists main types and reasons of them, finally puts forward effective measures to resolve disputes through comprehensive analyze.更多还原
