【摘要】 文章运用协整分析和误差修正模型分析了无锡市城市化水平与城市建设用地规模扩展之间的动态关系。结果表明无锡城市化水平与建设用地面积之间具有长期稳定的正向关系,城市化水平每提高1个百分点,将引起城市建设用地面积增长13.34个百分点;短期内城市化水平变化是建设用地面积变化的Granger因,而建设用地面积扩展不是城市化水平变化的Granger因。更多还原

【Abstract】 By employing co-integration analysis and error correction model,this paper discusses the relationship between the urbanization and construction land expansion in Wuxi city.The result shows that there is a long term stable and positive relationship between the urbanization and construction land expansion,namely,construction land in Wuxi city goes up by 13.34% as urbanization increase 1%;however,in a short time,urbanization level is a reason of the expansion of the construction land,but the reverse is not true.更多还原
