【Abstract】 In U.S college sports, the trends of professionalization such as commercialized business model, specialized training, marketized coaches ’ income and expanded economic benefits are in conflict with amateurism. However, by insisting that sport is an educational process and sticking to maximization of social benefits as a core value pursuit, U.S college sports have kept a good balance between amateurism and professionalization, and acquired tremendous social benefits. Under the background of acceleration of professionalization in the world sports, the NCAA has modified its rules regarding amateurism.更多还原
